That is a lot to ask for in two sentences :). My suggestion would be to hire a consultant or MS partner to help you through the process. You didn't mention what version of Exchange so I am going to assume 2010. Hello, I agree with TW, hire an expert. It does take a certain level of expertise to be able to configure a well functioning Exchange server. There is no next, next, next or follow steps 1,2,3, you have to understand network and server fundamentals before taking on this task. For production server, hire an MS partner who has done it many times before. However, if you are in a lab environment and want to learn, it's a fantastic and rewarding experience, especially when you see your first e-mail come and go!
